Recipe

1 cup of peeled & boiled sweet potatoes

1/4 cup organic maple syrup

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup cocoa

1/4 cup gluten free flour

Methods

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Place all the ingredients in the food processor & blend until smooth batter

Spoon mixture into cake tin of your choosing (of muffin trays for individual serves)

Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes

Once cooked top with sea salt & roses or garnish of your choosing
